Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 35% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward the cost of your service, but please note that it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Made Easy
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment using the confirmation link in your email. Unfortunately, our system won’t allow changes within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
Running Late? No Problem, But…
We offer an 8-minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive later than this or don't show up, the card on file will be charged for the full service amount.
